Collaboration is key to great policy writing. We have added a commenting feature accessible directly from the toolbar that lets you discuss changes without leaving the document.

You can attach a comment to a single word, a sentence, or the entire article.

Need to get a specific person's attention? Use the @ symbol to tag Policy Managers, Department Managers, or Authors. This starts a thread where you can reply back and forth, and automatically sends them an email notification so they know their input is needed.

Every comment displays the user's name along with a date and time stamp, so you always know who said what and when.

You can edit your comments or delete them using the trash can icon. Once a discussion is finished, mark the comment as Resolved. This moves it from the "Open" tab to the "Resolved" tab, clearing your view but keeping the history accessible
