Delegated Tasks

Updated yesterday

While "Tasks" focuses on your own to-do list, the Delegated Tasks area gives you a snapshot of the work your direct reports are responsible for.

This view is designed specifically for leadership. It allows you to keep tabs on Authors, Assignees, and other team members so you can monitor progress without having to constantly chase people down for status updates.

Who Can Access This View?

This area is restricted to specific leadership roles. You will only see this option in the menu if you are:

  • An Organization Owner

  • A Policy Manager

  • A Department Manager

Monitoring Your Team

When you open Delegated Tasks, you will see a list of pending activities assigned to the people you manage. This is the best way to verify if an Author has started a procedure, or if an Assignee has uploaded evidence before a deadline.

Just like your personal task list, this grid can be sorted and filtered by any column. This makes it easy to quickly drill down to see only "Past Due" items or tasks belonging to a specific user.

Owner Superpowers

If you are an Organization Owner, you have an extra layer of visibility. Because Owners are responsible for the entire organization, they can use the dropdown menu at the top of the screen to assume the role of a specific manager. This allows you to filter the view and see exactly how well delegated tasks are being managed by specific team leaders.
