From the Login Page, you can log in with an existing account by Signing in with Google, with your email username and password, or sign up for a new account. You also have the option to reset your password.
Signing Up for a New Account
If you do not have a PolicyCo user account, you can create one by clicking Sign Up or by using the Sign in with Google option:
Click the Sign Up link
You will be prompted either Sign Up with Google or to enter in your information
Click the check box to agree to the terms and conditions
Click Sign Up
A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter in the verification code and click Verify button to complete the Sign Up process. You can then log in with your login credentials.
Signing in with Google
The platform offers Sign in with Google option. With a simple click of a button, the you can log in with your Google credentials. You must know your Google username and password or be actively logged into your Google account in order to proceed.
If you are logged out of your Google account, you will be prompted to enter in your Google login.
If you are actively logged into your Google account, a single click of the Sign In with Google button will sign you into the PolicyCo platform.
Signing in with Email and Password
Enter in the email associated with your PolicyCo account and the password you set and click the Log in button.
Creating a Password
Passwords must meet the following requirements:
Minimum length: 8 characters
Contains at least 1 number
Contains at least 1 special character (^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - ” ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ ` + =)
Contains at least 1 uppercase letter
Contains at least 1 lowercase letter
Resetting Password
To reset your password:
Click Forgot Password link from the Login page. If the email address was pre-populated in the login screen, it will carry over to the reset password page, if not enter your email
Click the Reset button
You will receive an email with a verification code
You will be prompted to enter in a new password and the verification code
Click reset, and you will be redirected to the Login screen to log in with your reset credentials.
When resetting your password, please be sure that:
Your password is at least 8 characters
Contains at least 1 number
Contains at least 1 special character (^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - ” ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ ` + =)
Contains at least 1 uppercase letter
Contains at least 1 lowercase letter
