Your PolicyCo home page gives you a real-time view of your organization's compliance posture. You can view this information as an interactive dashboard or as a written narrative summary — whichever works best for how you like to review your program.
Switching Between Views
At the top of the Policyco Home page, next to the page title, you'll find two view toggles:
Dashboard (grid icon) — a visual, card-based layout
Risk narrative (document icon) — a plain-language written report
Click either icon to switch views at any time.
The Risk narrative view turns the same underlying data into a written report you can read top to bottom or share with stakeholders. It includes:
A summary overview of your program (total frameworks, policies, procedures, evidence templates, and attestations)
A section-by-section breakdown covering Frameworks, Policies, Procedures, Evidence Templates, Attestations, and Management Action Plans, each calling out specific gaps and their potential impact on audit readiness
A closing Summary section that prioritizes the most pressing follow-up items for leadership
Each narrative shows when it was generated. Two controls sit above the report:
Export risk narrative (download icon) — downloads the report so you can share or archive it
Regenerate — refreshes the narrative using your organization's most current data
When to Use Which View
Use the Dashboard view when you want a quick, scannable snapshot or need to click through to a specific item. Use the Risk narrative view when you need a written summary to share with leadership, prepare for an audit, or document your compliance posture at a point in time.
