When you log into Policyco, the first thing you'll see is the Home dashboard. This is your compliance command center — a real-time snapshot of how your organization is performing across every major area of your risk and compliance program.
The dashboard is organized into six cards, each focused on a specific part of your program. Every card shows a quick summary with progress bars and key stats so you can immediately spot what's on track and what needs attention. And because each card is also a clickable link, you're never more than one click away from the full details.
Here's a quick look at what each card covers:
Frameworks
Shows how well your compliance controls (like SOC2) are linked to policy articles. [Learn more →]
Policies
Tracks the publishing status and upcoming review dates for all your policy documents. [Learn more →]
Procedures
Shows how many procedures each department has published vs. still in draft. [Learn more →]
Evidence Templates
Monitors the collection status of recurring evidence across all scheduled periods. [Learn more →]
Attestations
Tracks who has signed off on your policies and procedures and who hasn't. [Learn more →]
Action Plans
Surfaces any evidence templates that require a remediation plan and shows where each plan stands in the workflow. [Learn more →]
A few things worth knowing about the dashboard as a whole: all six cards update in real time as your team works in Policyco. Each card shows a preview of your most active or urgent items, and you can scroll within a card if there are more rows than fit on screen. Clicking the card title always takes you to a full data grid with every record, filters, and an export option.
