Only users with the role assignment Owner or Billing are able to add or update payment methods. Platform subscription payments are processed with a Credit or Debit card. A payment method is securely entered in the Editor.

Adding a New Payment Method

To add your payment information:

  • Click Settings from the left hand menu

  • Click Payment Method

  • Click + icon

  • Enter in your credit or debit card information

  • Click Save.

Updating a Saved Payment Method

You can update a previously saved payment method reference and expiration date. To update:

  • Click Settings from the left hand menu

  • Click Payment Method and highlight the card you would like to update

  • Update the reference and/or expiration and click Save

Changing a Primary Payment Method or Removing a Payment Method

To change a card number or add a different method of payment:

  • Click Settings from the left hand menu

  • Click Payment Method

  • Click + icon

  • Enter in your credit card information

  • Click Save

The new card entered will default to the primary payment source. To change the primary payment source:

  • Highlight the payment method you prefer

  • Click Make Primary button

To remove a payment method, a new payment method must be entered first (see above). After you enter in a new payment method:

  • Click on the payment method you wish to remove

  • Click the Remove button
