PolicyCo allows you to assign sequences to both articles within a policy and to procedures within your organization. Sequencing in PolicyCo accomplishes a couple of things:
Creates a sequential order within the Editor interface
Determines the order for the Table of Contents in downloaded documents

Article Sequences
Sections
Sections are a specific type of article. Any article with a sequence ending with a .0 is considered a section and will change how its formatting appears in the viewer and downloaded documents. For example, section 1.0 would be the section header for articles 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc. Section 3.5.0 would be the section header for 3.5.1, 3.5.2, 3.5.3, etc.

Formatting
Sequence numbers can be included or hidden in the released documents based on your preferences. These adjustments can be made in the Organization Profile Settings.
