The Evidence Templates Card

Understanding the Evidence Templates Card

The Evidence Templates card monitors your recurring evidence collection. Many compliance requirements need to be demonstrated not just once, but repeatedly — monthly, quarterly, annually. This card keeps track of all those scheduled collection periods and shows you exactly where things stand.

What You See on the Card

Each row in the Evidence Templates card represents one of your evidence templates. For each template, you'll see:

  • The template name

  • A segmented progress bar — color-coded to show the state of each period at a glance

  • A percentage — how much of the total evidence collection has been completed and accepted

  • Period counts — breaking down how many periods are coming due, past due, or simply due

The progress bar colors tell an important story:

  • Green — periods that have been completed and accepted

  • Yellow/amber — periods currently in progress

  • Red — periods that are past due and need immediate action

  • Gray — periods that are upcoming but not yet started

A bar that's mostly red is a signal that this template needs attention right away.

Clicking Into the Grid

Clicking the Evidence Templates card title opens the full Evidence Templates grid for all templates.

The grid has a Search bar and exports to CSV.

Tips

The Past Due and AP columns in the grid are your most important signals. If a template has several past due periods and an open action plan, that's a compliance gap worth prioritizing. You can also use the Status filter to quickly surface only the templates that are in "Past Due" or "Action Plan" status.
