The Attestations card tracks sign-off campaigns — the process of formally asking employees or stakeholders to acknowledge and attest to your policies and procedures. This is a key part of demonstrating that your people actually know about and have agreed to the rules they're expected to follow.
What You See on the Card
Each row in the Attestations card represents an active attestation campaign for a specific policy or procedure. For each campaign, you'll see:
The document name and version
A progress bar — filled green for attestations that have been signed, red for those that are still pending
A percentage — how many people have completed their attestation out of how many were requested
Counts — showing how many were requested, how many have been signed, and how many are still pending
A badge — labeled either "POLICY" or "PROCEDURE" so you know what type of document the attestation is for
Clicking Into the Grid
Clicking the Attestations card title opens the full Attestations grid, which shows every attestation campaign across all policies and procedures.
The grid can be exported using the Export button in the top right.
Tips
A red progress bar on the Attestations card means people haven't signed yet. The pending count tells you how many outstanding signatures you're waiting on. If a campaign is close to its due date with a lot of pending responses, that's a good time to send a reminder to those who haven't completed it yet.
