The Frameworks card is your audit readiness tracker. It answers a simple but critical question: for every control your compliance framework requires, have you actually mapped a policy article to cover it?
What You See on the Card
Each row in the Frameworks card represents a framework you've added to Policyco (for example, SOC2).
For each one, you'll see:
The framework name and a progress bar β the bar fills up as you link controls to articles
A percentage β showing how complete your control coverage is
Three counts: how many controls are scoped (in scope for your organization), how many are linked (mapped to a policy article), and how many are unlinked (still needing coverage)
If you see 90 scoped, 90 linked, and 0 unlinked at 100%, you're in great shape β every control has been covered. If you have unlinked controls, those are gaps that need attention before an audit.
Clicking Into the Grid
Clicking the Frameworks card title opens the full Controls grid. You can also click an individual framework row to go straight to that framework's controls, pre-filtered. The grid gives you a row for every individual control.
At the top of the grid you'll find a Framework selector to switch between frameworks, a Filter to toggle between All Controls, Linked, or Unlinked, and a Search bar. You can also export the entire list to Excel using the button in the top right.
Tips
If you're preparing for an audit, use the Unlinked filter to quickly surface any controls that still need a policy article mapped to them. Clicking a linked article name in the grid will take you directly to that article.
