Sequences

Learn how to utilize sequencing in PolicyCo.

Updated over a year ago

PolicyCo allows you to assign sequences articles and procedures. Sequences determine both the order and hierarchy for each document.

Hierarchy

Sections

Sections are a specific type of article. Any article with a sequence ending with a .0 is considered a section and will change how its formatting appears in the viewer and downloaded documents. For example, section 1.0 would be the section header for articles 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc. Section 3.5.0 would be the section header for 3.5.1, 3.5.2, 3.5.3, etc.

Formatting

Sequence numbers can be displayed or hidden in the released documents based on your preferences. These adjustments can be made in the Organization Profile Settings.
