The ChatGPT integration is enabled by default. If you'd like to disable it, navigate to Settings: LLM and click Deactivate.

Policies and procedures are the life blood for organizations seeking to maintain consistency, but often they are so vast that it becomes difficult to organize them in a way that's intuitive for every user role. AI and large language models offer a solution to this by converting text into a format that can be "understood" by machine learning algorithms.

This means that instead of searching for phrases and keywords, you can now ask questions in much the same way you might ask another person and receive meaningful answers back.

We've added a special icon to the top of the editor that opens a conversational window. Just click the button and ask your question the same way you'd ask a co-worker.

That's it! Permissions are also maintained so users can only get answers to the information they have access to.

We track which policies and procedures are approved and current and only update the searchable vector database with those documents:
