Release Notes 2.37.0

New Features

  • You can record third parties: the organizations and people your organization has contracts with.

  • You can insert a checkbox list in a document with markdown checkboxes.

  • Organizations can open policy reviews 90 days before the due date. The default remains 60 days.

  • The Attachments page shows each file’s name, an optional description, the uploader’s email, and the documents it is linked to.

  • Asking for everything about a topic returns a full answer and stops when more documents are no longer relevant, in Ask and in connected assistants.

  • Search results are grouped by document and include a real similarity score.

  • Asking for everything in a policy returns a readable answer instead of a response too large to use.

  • Public policy pages can be read by search engines, link previews, and other tools that do not run the app.

  • Grids use one shared graphic while they load.

  • Autofix covers a wider set of cases.

  • Release changes are gathered on a release branch and checked before they ship.

  • The tools used to build the product were updated.

Bugs

  • Every document linked to an attachment is visible, including the ones that used to sit behind a +n count.

  • Pressing Escape closes only the open dropdown in the New Contact form, and the rest of what you typed stays.

  • A rejected change on a third-party contact or service is shown on the page.

  • Checked boxes in documents and PDFs keep their normal colors.

  • Active sort and filter icons in tables are easier to see.

  • Public policies appear when you are signed out.

  • Procedures in the viewer sidebar sort in numeric order, so 2.12 follows 2.2.

  • Organization role names show correctly in filters.

  • Comparing versions in the viewer keeps the current text on screen until the comparison is ready.

  • Expired attestations are no longer offered for signature.

  • A timed-out attestation check no longer denies access to the policy.

  • The app loads the new release instead of staying on a stale cached copy.

  • Linking or unlinking an article on a filtered Frameworks list no longer shows an error overlay.

  • The Frameworks lists for active requirements and verticals scroll to the end.

  • Expanded control text on Frameworks wraps inside the panel.

  • The admin site builds and no longer returns a server error.

  • Classification runs in the deployed application.

  • On staging, opening the app the next day keeps you signed in.

  • Updating the remit 2024/1106 framework in production can still show 67 controls when the import reported 171.
