Think of Events as the comprehensive audit trail for your PolicyCo organization. It logs activity within the platform so you have a permanent record of who did what, and when.
Note: Because this data is sensitive, the Events log is only viewable by users with the Owner role.
Analyzing the Log
The Events page displays a grid of logged activities. Whether you are troubleshooting an issue or conducting an internal audit, you can easily find the data you need by manipulating the grid.
Sorting: You can click the headers to sort the list by Timestamp, Event, Description, or User.
Filtering: Just like other grids in the platform, you can filter specific columns to narrow down your search results.
Exporting Data
If you need to perform a deeper analysis or share this data with an external auditor, you can download the entire log as a .csv file using the export options on the page.
