Updated over a week ago

The PolicyCo platform allows for highly relational associations between articles and procedures. Many compliance frameworks insist that your organization include procedures alongside your stated policy objectives (articles ). PolicyCo allows you to link a single procedure to any number of articles and/or link any number of procedures to a single article.

By default, PolicyCo will set the labels as Articles. However, this label is dynamic and can be updated to Requirements in the Settings to meet industry terminology standards. For the purposes of this user guide, the term Article will be used.

Beginning May 31, 2022, procedure linking is disabled by default, but any articles created prior to this date have them enabled by default.

To Disable Linking

  • Click Policies from left menu

  • Click on the article that does not require a procedure

  • Click on the toggle to the left of the + icon under Procedures

To Enable Linking

By default, linking is enabled; however in the event that you have disabled procedure linking and would like to enable it, you can update the toggle.

  • Click Policies from left menu

  • Click on the article that does not require a procedure

  • Click on the toggle to the left of the + icon under Procedures
